A single-cell atlas for human liver biology
LiverHomo
Atlas Explorer
Navigate cell states, disease signatures, expression patterns, and protein-protein interaction networks across healthy and diseased human liver contexts.
About LiverHomo Portal
LiverHomo integrates 16 publicly available scRNA-seq datasets from 2019–2024 into a harmonized atlas of 1.16 million high-quality single cells across healthy and major liver disease contexts. Beyond single-cell transcriptomics, LiverHomo connects gene expression and disease-associated changes with cell–cell communication and context-specific protein interaction networks. This portal enables fast and interactive exploratory analysis of these data across diseases and cell types.
